Catch it in October, not January

Scheduled inspections for furnaces, heat pumps, cooling and commercial refrigeration, so small problems get caught while they are still small.

What a maintenance visit covers

The same work every time, so the record actually means something year over year.

  1. Inspect. Burners, coils, filters, gaskets, refrigerant charge, electrical connections and controls, checked against the manufacturer's schedule.
  2. Clean and adjust. Coils cleaned, filters changed, airflow and temperatures rebalanced, drains cleared before they back up.
  3. Report. Written record of readings and anything wearing out, with a quote for the work if you want it done.

Three ways to stay on schedule

Pick the one that matches your equipment. You can switch or cancel at any time.

Seasonal visit

Once a year

One visit before the season that matters most, heating in autumn or cooling in spring. Priced with your first booking.

Home, twice a year

Spring & autumn

Heating checked before winter and cooling before summer, with priority scheduling on repair calls. Priced with your first booking.

Commercial program

From $95/mo

Scheduled inspections across your walk-ins, cases and prep lines, documented temperature records, and calls that jump the queue.

Residential plan pricing depends on how many systems you have and where you are. Tell us what you're running and we'll quote it.

Why it pays for itself

Maintenance is the cheapest hour a technician will ever spend on your equipment.

  • A cracked igniter found in October costs a fraction of a no-heat call in January
  • Clean coils and correct charge cut the energy the system needs to do the same work
  • Most manufacturer warranties require documented annual service to stay valid
  • Commercial clients get temperature records that hold up at a health inspection
  • Equipment on a schedule reaches the top of its expected life instead of the bottom

Maintenance questions we hear a lot

How often does my system need servicing?

Once a year for a furnace or boiler, and once a year for cooling. If you have a heat pump doing both jobs, twice a year is the right rhythm. Commercial refrigeration usually needs quarterly attention.

Do I need a plan, or can I just book a visit?

Either works. A plan means we call you when it's due rather than you remembering, and it moves you up the queue when something breaks. A one-off visit is the same work.

Will maintenance void or protect my warranty?

Protect it. Most manufacturers require proof of annual professional service for the parts warranty to stay valid. We leave you a written record each visit.

What if you find something wrong?

We show you what we found and quote the repair in writing. Nothing beyond the scheduled service happens without you approving the price first.

Can I cancel a plan?

Any time, and you keep the service records. We would rather you stay because it's worth it than because you're locked in.

Do you cover equipment you didn't install?

Yes, all major makes and models. We'll note the condition it's in on the first visit so you know what you're starting from.

Something already gone wrong?

Maintenance can wait. A breakdown can't. After-hours response is available.
